How far do credits go?

Credits are 7ART's universal currency. Every generation — image, video, music, voice, or lipsync — consumes credits based on the model and output size. Here's what a single generation typically costs and how many you can run on the 12 weeks plan's 6,000 credits.

Top-up packs are available on every paid plan if you run a high-volume month — credits never expire, so they roll forward until you use them.

Frequently asked questions

• What's the difference between the plans?

  Only the billing period and the credits that come with it. Every plan unlocks the whole studio — every app, every model, 4K downloads with no watermark, and the ability to download what you make. Longer periods cost less per week.

• Why is the first price lower than the renewal price?

  The first period is discounted; every renewal after that bills at the full price shown on the card. We show both numbers next to each other precisely so the renewal is never a surprise — you can check the exact amounts any time in billing settings.

• What happens to unused credits?

  Credits are granted at the start of each period and expire when the next period begins — they don't roll over. Your balance resets to the plan's grant on renewal.

• Can I change plans later?

  Not yet — switching between plans from inside billing settings is still being built, and the billing screen says so. What you can do today is cancel, keep full access to the end of the period you already paid for, and start the plan you want after that. If you need to move sooner, contact support@7art.ai.

• Can I cancel anytime?

  Yes. Cancelling stops the renewal and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There are no partial refunds for time remaining.

• Can I use what I generate commercially?

  Our Terms permit personal and commercial use of Generated Content for every account, subject to those Terms, applicable law and any restrictions imposed by the underlying model providers. We do not claim your prompts or reference material. What we cannot do is tell you who owns an AI output where you live — that varies by country and the Terms say so plainly, so confirm the position in your jurisdiction before you build a business on it.

• Is there a free option?

  You can create an account and try the studio with free starter credits, no card required. A free account can generate and preview, but not download — a plan is what unlocks downloading your files, 4K output, watermark-free images and an ongoing credit grant.

• How do you compare to Higgsfield, Runway, or Suno?

  Those are excellent point tools — Higgsfield for cinematic video, Runway for VFX, Suno for music. 7ART wraps best-in-class models from Kling, Veo, Seedance, ElevenLabs and others, then adds character consistency, music, voice and lipsync in one workflow, so the same AI artist appears across all of it.
