Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your 7ART account and all associated data at any time. Account deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app

Open 7ART and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
Confirm by typing DELETE and acknowledging the warning.
Tap Delete my account. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Delete by email

Alternatively, email support@7art.ai from the address on your account and we will process the deletion.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile; generated images, videos, music, and voice; your posts, comments, and direct messages; your remaining credit balance; and the personal data associated with your account.

What may be retained

We retain only the minimal records required by applicable law — for example, transaction records needed for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes — for the period required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Subscriptions

Deleting your 7ART account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed through Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop further charges.
