How do I buy more credits?
If you need additional credits for creating content in 7ART, you can purchase top-up credits directly from the platform.
Top-up credits are a separate one-time purchase that gives you additional generation capacity without changing your current subscription plan.
How do I buy top-up credits?
To purchase additional credits:
1. Sign in to your 7ART account.
2. Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner.
3. Select Top up.
4. Choose the credit package you want.
5. Click Continue and complete the payment.
Once the purchase is completed, the additional credits will be added to your account.
What top-up packages are available?
7ART offers several top-up options depending on how many additional credits you need:

Does buying credits change my subscription?
No. Buying top-up credits is separate from your subscription and does not change:

- The credits included with your subscription
Your subscription continues according to its existing billing cycle.
How long do top-up credits remain available?
Top-up credits remain available until the end of your current subscription period.
Any unused top-up credits remaining when your subscription period ends will expire and do not carry over to a future period.
Which credits are used first?
Your available credits are managed together, and there is no separate priority order that affects your usage.
Both subscription credits and top-up credits remain available during your active subscription period and expire at the end of that period.
Do I need an active subscription to buy top-ups?
Yes. Top-up credits are available only for users with an active paid subscription.
Free Plan users cannot purchase top-up credits.
Is Unlimited for image generation another option?
Unlimited for image generation is a separate option focused specifically on image creation.
It is different from top-up credits:
- Top-up credits provide additional credits that can be used for available generation tools according to their credit cost.
- Unlimited for image generation applies specifically to image creation.
Other types of content creation continue to use credits based on the selected tool, model, and generation settings.
Can I get a refund for top-up credits?
No. Top-up credits are non-refundable.
Before purchasing additional credits, make sure the selected option matches your intended usage.
