Credits are 7ART's universal currency. Every generation — image, video, music, voice, or lipsync — consumes credits based on the model and output size. Here's what a single generation typically costs and how many you can run on the Pro plan's 3,750 monthly credits.

• Can I try 7ART before paying?

  Yes — every account starts with 100 free credits, no card required. You can generate images, videos, music, voice-overs, and lipsync clips on the Free tier to see what 7ART produces before subscribing.

• How does the credit system work?

  Every generation consumes credits based on the model and output size. On the cheapest models a 1K image is around 2 credits and a 4K image about 8; a 5-second 1080p video is roughly 45 credits, and a full music track is 12. Your monthly plan refills credits on the same day each month, and you can buy top-up packs anytime.

• What happens to unused credits at the end of the month?

  Plan credits reset every month — unused credits do not roll over. Top-up credits you bought separately stay in your account until used. The reset is the same calendar day you subscribed (e.g. on the 14th), so there are no surprise mid-period resets.

• Can I cancel anytime?

  Yes. Cancel from /settings/billing and you keep full access until the end of your current billing period — no pro-rated refunds, but no early cut-off either. After the period ends your account drops back to the Free tier; your saved artists and generations remain.

• Why is annual billing 38% cheaper?

  Annual billing is paid up-front for 12 months, which lets us reduce payment-processing overhead and pass the savings on. Annual subscribers also get bonus credits on signup, an extra saved artist on Pro and Unlimited, and exclusive art styles. The 38% saving applies to every paid tier.

• Can I upgrade or downgrade between plans?

  Upgrading is instant and pro-rated — we credit the unused portion of your current plan against the new plan price. Downgrading is queued for the end of your current billing period; you keep the higher tier until then, after which the lower tier kicks in at the next renewal.

• Do paid plans include a commercial license?

  Pro and Unlimited plans include a full commercial license — sponsored posts, ads, music videos, distribution. Free and Starter plan generations are personal-use only. Unlimited adds redistribution rights for stock libraries and white-label exports.

• How do I get more credits if I run out mid-month?

  Buy a top-up pack from /settings/billing. Top-up credits never expire and stack on top of your monthly grant — useful for one-off bursts (a music video shoot, a launch campaign) without committing to a higher tier.

• Are there any usage limits beyond credits?

  No fair-use throttle on any paid plan. The only limits are the per-tier features: number of saved artists, max video length, output resolution, and license scope. Your credit grant is the throttle — we don't limit prompts per day.

• How do you compare to Higgsfield, Magnific, Runway, or Suno?

  We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the first month of any paid plan. After that, cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period (no partial refunds), but you keep access until then.

• Do you have a discount for students, non-profits, or annual prepay?
