You can use content you create with 7ART for your own creative and commercial projects, subject to your plan and to the rights of anyone else involved in the content.

Can I use my creations commercially?
Commercial use is included with paid 7ART plans. That covers work such as marketing materials, advertisements, social content, client deliverables, and monetized projects. Free Plan creations are for exploring the platform and do not include commercial-use rights.
Commercial rights let you use your creation. They do not remove your responsibility to make sure the content itself is appropriate and does not infringe third-party rights.
Can I sell creations or deliver them to clients?
Yes, on a paid plan. Before you do:
- Make sure you have the right to every element included in the creation
- Do not include copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected material without permission
- Check any requirements from the client, marketplace, or platform you are delivering to
What about images and references I upload?
You must have the right to use anything you upload — images, audio, video, or other reference material. Use your own material, or material you have permission to use. Do not upload someone else's protected work without authorization.
You are responsible for the material you provide to 7ART.
Do I own the copyright to my AI-generated content?
Copyright protection for AI-generated content varies depending on your location, the applicable law, and how much human creative input went into the work. Using 7ART does not automatically guarantee copyright protection for every creation.
