All three VEO 3.1 tiers render 4, 6 or 8 seconds at preview, 1080p or 4K, and all three bill flat per generation rather than per second — a 4-second clip and an 8-second clip cost the same. Quality is the top tier at 250 to 370 credits, Lite is the cheap one at 30 to 150, and Fast sits between them. The catch is the input surface: only Fast accepts reference photos, and only up to three. Quality and Lite take a start and end frame and nothing else.
