7ARTVolcengine Lip Sync
by Volcengine
Re-lipsyncs an existing video to new audio.
Volcengine Lip Sync is the only engine in the lipsync picker that starts from a video rather than a photo — it takes footage you already have and re-syncs the mouth to new audio, up to 60 seconds. At 8 credits a second it is the joint-cheapest option there, alongside Kling Avatar Standard. What it will not do is create an avatar from nothing, so it is a fix-and-dub tool rather than a generator.
