Automatic renewal protocol
To prevent any interruption in your creative workflow, all 7ART subscriptions are configured to renew automatically. The renewal fee is typically debited from your registered payment method 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current period. By subscribing, you authorize 7ART to securely store your payment information. You can monitor your next billing date in the Subscription Management tab.
Cancellation guidelines
- How to cancel — Navigate to your account settings and click Unsubscribe — or send a request to support@7art.ai.
- When cancellation takes effect — Cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you are not charged again after that.
- Post-cancellation access — If you cancel mid-month, you retain access to all premium features and your remaining credit balance until the current paid period officially concludes.
